How do I scan a QR code with my smartphone?

To scan a QR code with any smartphone, turn on your phone's camera and point it at the QR code image.

Your phone will automatically recognise the QR code and offer you to open the information in a web browser. If your phone doesn't have QR code recognition, you'll need to download it from the Google Play Store.

How do I create a profile in memory of my loved one?

Step 1. Purchase a locket.

Step 3. Fill in the registration information. The first person to register an account uses his/her email and creates a new password to log in. He is the administrator of the account. You can invite other people to administer your loved one's profile by sending them invitations.`

Is there a validity period for the medallion or account?

A medallion is valid indefinitely.

The account and profile created remain active for as long as you wish. The duration of validity is unlimited.

Is there a subscription fee?

An account with a created profile is valid indefinitely.

Turning Hearts (70 Red Pine Dr, Alpine, UT 84004, 3857868641) does not charge an additional (subscription) fee to administer your account.

There is also no subscription fee for the information collected in the profile.

Is there a limit on the capacity of the information in the account?

There is also no limit on the capacity of information (photos, posts, etc.).

Can everyone scan the QR code on the tombstone to view the uploaded information about the deceased?

Yes and no.

The deceased's profile can be both public and private.

Privacy is determined by the person managing the account.
